Situated on the third floor of a chalet style  complex, the apartment benefits from a South facing balcony offering excellent views of the main ski area.

The well equipped, fully fitted kitchen includes a combined conventional oven and microwave of 37 litre capacity together with a four-plate ceramic hob, dishwasher and refrigerator. Crockery, cutlery and glassware are also provided. Eight people can be easily accommodated at table.

The living room is comfortably furnished with sofas and armchairs. Facilities include a  television receiving French terrestrial TV and UK Free satellite TV and radio as well as a dvd/cd player.

Maroly Ski Area

The main bathroom has a WC, wash hand basin, heated towel rail and full sized bath with shower and screen.

In addition there is a separate WC and a separate shower room.

The apartment sleeps 4/6 in two bedrooms with twin beds, plus a 'coin montagne'  with a sofa-bed which easily converts into twin beds.

Other facilities include: Washing machine, Drying machine, Ironing facilities, Garage (4.92m x 2.75m, maximum height 2m) and ski room.
